OUR EXPERTISE SERVICING SPLIT WHEELS
Over the years we gain a lot experience, so we can split and rebuild almost any wheel back to factory specs. The following process of servicing split wheels:
Wheels are straightened if needed before taking apart, splitted, removed from old sealant and if necessary new bolts and nuts were installed. After powder coating/polishing the wheels are degreased, centered, torqued to spec and sealed with a special sealant for split wheels. Finally all wheels are checked for runout and for air leaks.
