WHAT ARE SPLIT/MODULAR/MULTI-PIECE WHEELS?
Split wheels, also known as modular or multi-piece wheels, differ from single-piece wheels because they are made of multiple components. They can consist of two, three, or even four pieces. While their manufacturing process is similar to that of single-piece wheels, it involves several additional steps.
Originally, multi-piece wheels were mainly used by racing teams in the late 1980s. Today, they have become popular thanks to their unique designs, durability, and ability to be customized or modified.

Over the years, we have gained extensive experience, allowing us to split and rebuild almost any wheel back to factory specifications. Our split wheel servicing process includes:
Straightening the wheels if necessary before disassembly
Splitting the wheel and removing the old sealant
Installing new bolts and nuts if required
Powder coating and/or polishing the parts
Degreasing, centering, and torquing the wheel to specification
Sealing the wheel with a special sealant designed for split wheels
Final inspection for runout and air leaks
This ensures that your split wheels are fully restored, both in performance and appearance.
