POLISHING is actually turning the material of a wheel or any other specific part flat and shiny, so you get a "mirror effect". We perform this by sanding the wheels or metal parts from corrosion to fine, so that all imperfections have disappeared from the material. Preparation and sanding are the most important step of polishing, cause if it done wrong you won't be able to get perfect mirror finish.
Further we start with the actual polishing of the material, which gives it a "mirror effect". Practically all metals can be polished and the most commonly used in automotive industry are aluminum, stainless steel, black metal, copper, brass, (silver and gold as wheels and its parts coat).
We specialize in aluminum wheels polishing, but despite that we can polish your motorcycle parts, boat parts or any other part made from metal.
CERAMIC/VIBRO POLISHING is a multi-stage process which is aimed to reach the
highest possible quality for the aluminum wheels. Using several (minimum 3 stages) vibratory polishing machines together with the finest
quality ceramic media and special liquid compounds the outcome is flawless. Each process of deburring, smoothing and polishing take several hours
to complete. All process took 6-8 hours per wheel, regarding its condition.
Using this method all aluminum parts which has any place for fasten, can be polished. In order to preserve the shiny mirror finish as long as possible we strongly recommend to clearcoat the parts with special powder lacquer.
