Polishing

POLISHING is the process of making a wheel or any other metal part flat and shiny, resulting in a “mirror-effect” finish. We achieve this by sanding wheels or metal parts, removing corrosion, and smoothing the surface until all imperfections disappear. Preparation and sanding are the most important steps in polishing, because if done incorrectly, it is impossible to achieve a perfect mirror finish.
Once the surface is properly prepared, we begin the actual polishing, which gives the material its “mirror effect.” Almost all metals can be polished. The most commonly used in the automotive industry are aluminum, stainless steel, black metal, copper, brass, and even silver or gold (as coatings for wheels and their parts).
We specialize in aluminum wheel polishing, but we also polish motorcycle parts, boat parts, or any other components made of metal.
CERAMIC/VIBRO POLISHING is a multi-stage process designed to achieve the highest possible quality for aluminum wheels. By using at least three vibratory polishing stages, together with high-quality ceramic media and special liquid compounds, the result is flawless. Each stage of deburring, smoothing, and polishing takes several hours, with the entire process lasting 6–8 hours per wheel.
With this method, all aluminum parts that include fastening points can be polished. To preserve the mirror finish for as long as possible, we strongly recommend applying a clear powder lacquer coating.
